Moreau Tippenhauer, seeks an experienced Property Manager, with at least 2+ years of proficient administrative experience. We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. We are a dynamic and growth-orientated company! Property Manager Essential Duties:

 

• Assist in residential property management, maintenance/ repairs coordination and tenant relation, e.g.

• Assist in marketing and showing residential properties

• Manage day to day office duties, including phone calls, correspondence, orders, reports preparation, meeting coordination, e.g.

• Support staff in assigned project-based work

 

Qualifications:

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven work experience as property manager

• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects

• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management

• Competency in databases and software

• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Social Media

• Attention to details and extremely organized

• Self- motivated, efficient and deadline driven

• Proactive and able to work independently

• Multitask, prioritize and hard working

• Quick learner and problem solver

• Positive attitude, reliable and responsible

Experience

​

• Previous administrative and/or real estate experience is preferable

• BS degree in related field
