Job Description:

 

Moreau Tippenhauer, seeks an experienced executive assistant to CEO. We are a dynamic and growth-orientated company! There is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with a company from the ground up!

The successful candidate must strong and be impeccably polished, well spoken, skilled and have a ‘do anything’ attitude. The position requires 2-8 years of administrative experience post-graduation, and strong personal administrative skills. This role will be reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate must be able to type at least 75+ wpm and comfortable with retaining and taking dictation. 

 

This Executive Assistant will provide support to multiple investment professionals within the Company.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling and heavy calendar management

  • Attend appointments, as needed

  • Handle travel arrangements as needed

  • Communicate directly with top broker's clients

  • Produce letters, memoranda, presentations, reports, etc.

  • Proofread documents for appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling

  • Update databases with listings

  • Gather relevant data and present to team

  • Assist in presentation preparation

  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed

  • Run personal errands as needed

  • MUST have high regard for family and employee confidentiality

Qualifications:

 

  • 2-8 years of experience supporting multiple professionals within a financial services organization or fast paced environment that has included client facing responsibilities

  • Critical thinking - solution based thinking.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • 2-8 years of administrative experience in roles that interfaced with external clients and team management.

  • Must have superior skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented

  • Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance

  • Must be able to type at the speed of 75+ wpm.

  • Personality requirements:

  • Trustworthy.

  • Sound professional judgement, attention to detail, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort stepping outside your regular duties as needed.

  • A strong sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Schedule:

 

  • Monday to Friday (Hours are from 9AM – 6:00PM with a degree of variability.)

 

Requirements:

 

  • License for real estate is preferred but not required

  • A minimum of 2-8 years of real estate experience

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

SALARY


(DOE) + bonuses

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 / Year
